Thomas Lee Pennycuff has been arrested for solicitation of a minor in Arkansas City, Kansas. Pennycuff attempted to lure a 13 year old girl in to meeting with him but the “girl” turned out to be an undercover detective. However the 25 year old, Thomas Lee Pennycuff, additionally solicited 13 other underage girls online and actually met with several.

Police have said Thomas Lee Pennycuff is facing at least 13 counts of solicitation of a child and possibly one count of aggravated indecent liberties with a child. Through their investigation on Thomas Lee Pennycuff’s computer, they also said Pennycuff may have contacted as many as 80 girls on MySpace.
