William Troope, Nashville murder suspect in the death of Wendy McKinney,  avoided arrest by jumping out a third story hotel balcony to his death.

William Troope from Nashville was arrested on August 5 for domestic violence against McKinney. McKinney’s body was found in a room at the Knoxville Bellevue Hampton Inn that was booked under William Troope’s first and middle name. She was found Wednesday badly beaten and likely died of head trauma.

Troope was caught on camera at the hotel leaving the room he shared with McKinney several times and sitting in the parking lot before going back to retrieve his things.

Fidel Zavala was kidnapped by an extreme group in southern Paraguay called the Paraguayan People’s Army on October 15.

Although it has been over a month since Fidel Zavala’s kidnapping, Paraguay just recently announced on Thursday November 12, a plan to rescue Zavala. No details have been leaked as to why the government has waited a month to act.

Zavala’s family is angered by the move because the guerilla group has asked that police and media stay out of the situation. This group killed a 19 year old hostage earlier this year. Other kidnapping victims have been released after ransoms were paid.

Rachel Lee, a suspect in several Hollywood burglaries, has been arrested in Las Vegas on stolen property charges.

Rachel Lee has been linked to the burglaries of homes of  stars like Paris Hilton, Lindsey Lohan, Audrina Patridge and Orlando Bloom.

Lee’s bail has been set at $3,000. She was staying at her father’s house in Las Vegas where the stolen property was found. Items found include:

– 2 pair of jeans
– 1 white hat
– 1 LG desktop computer
– Marijuana
– $20,401
– 1 Korean passport

Jashon Williams, the son of Berkeley Aquatic Park Murder Victim, Zoelina Williams, is missing. Police investigating the murder did not know Zoelina Williams had a son until family members notified them Saturday morning, November 14.

38 year old Curtis Martin has been arrested in the murder case but police won’t say if he has given them any clues as to where the Jashon Williams might be. It is suspected that Curtis Martin was driving Zoelina Williams from Oakland to Vallejo when something terrible went wrong that caused him to murder Zoelina and dump her at a Berkeley Aquatic Park.

Police and divers are searching the pools in the water park for Jashon Williams. Three dogs are being used in the search. Police would not comment on where else they might be searching.

This is not Curtis James’ first run in the law. He previously pleaded no contest to manslaughter in the death of 3 year old Devin Brewer in 1994. James was sentenced to 11 years in prison and served 6.

An arrest has been made in the murder at an aquatic park in Berkeley. Oakland police nabbed Curtis Martin III for being involved in the murder that took place on Friday, November 13.

Martin is 38 years old and is a resident of Oakland. Parts of the water park remain closed while police investigate the murder at the aquatic park in Berkeley.

The victim was shot twice and has not yet been identified. According to a park employee, another murder victim was dumped in the park about eight years ago.

A stabbing victim has been identified as Michael McGleenon in Lurgan, Ireland. Police say his attacker has been arrested in a nearby town.

The 75 year old victim was found at 8:30pm on Thursday. Rumors have swirled that his son was arrested for the murder. The area around the home Michael McGleenon was found in has been roped off while police investigate the scene.

Michael McGleenon’s Lurgan family has asked the press to respect their privacy while they grieve.

An Orlando Denny’s Shooting is thought to be drug or gang related. At about 3:30AM on Nov 13, 2009 in the parking lot of the Denny’s on South Orange Blossom Trail gunshots were fired outside of an Orlando Denny’s. At least three shots were fired and one man was wounded, a member of a local biker gang called “Most Wanted.”

The shooting happened after a large crowd gathered in the parking lot after clubs down the street closed down for the night. No arrests have been made but officers say the Orlando Denny’s shooting may be drug or gang related.
