An arrest has been made in the murder at an aquatic park in Berkeley. Oakland police nabbed Curtis Martin III for being involved in the murder that took place on Friday, November 13.

Martin is 38 years old and is a resident of Oakland. Parts of the water park remain closed while police investigate the murder at the aquatic park in Berkeley.

The victim was shot twice and has not yet been identified. According to a park employee, another murder victim was dumped in the park about eight years ago.
