A stabbing victim has been identified as Michael McGleenon in Lurgan, Ireland. Police say his attacker has been arrested in a nearby town.

The 75 year old victim was found at 8:30 pm on Thursday.

Rumors have swirled that his son was arrested for the murder. The area around the home Michael McGleenon was found in has been roped off while police investigate the scene.

Michael McGleenon’s Lurgan family has asked the press to respect their privacy while they grieve.
