Rajon Rondo called a players only meeting last year, just before the playoffs, to discuss the problems occurring in the locker room last year between veteran and rookie players, trusted sources say.

Apparently this meeting did more harm than good. Rondo said this past week these issues have been straightened out, likely because he’s up for contract renewal.

Rajon Rondo made less than $3 million dollars last year, a rate that is expected to double, if not triple, should the Celtics renew his contract.
